What should I provide when submitting a project to Bluebot?
We ask that you provide the following information:
- Your name
- Your company
- Your phone number and email address
- A reference number to use for correspondence and invoicing
- The requested due date
- Any disclosure material and drawings needed to complete the request
- and any special instruction we should consider when preparing your illustrations
What type of files can Bluebot work with?
Bluebot can work from a large variety of file types. The following list is our preferred file types, in the order of preference.
- Editable vector formats such as .AI, .PDF, .EPS, .SVG
- 3D files such as eDrawings, .STEP, .IGES, .DXF, .DWG, .3D PDF
- High resolution .PDF, .JPEG, .TIFF, .PNG, .BMP, Photoshop
Should your file type not be listed above, please submit whatever you have available. We will make every attempt to utilize them while preparing your request.
What is Bluebot’s typical turn-around time?
If no due date is requested, we do our best to complete your project within two weeks.
How does Bluebot handle revisions?
We strive to complete revisions within one to two business days, depending on the complexity of the revisions. Normal hourly rate applies.
What file format does Bluebot send to us?
We deliver all projects by email in PDF format. Other formats can be accommodated upon request.
